For in-stock items, we typically ship orders within 3-5 business days. For special order items, please allow 7-14 business days

What is your policy for returns or exchanges?

Our special-order pieces are hand-selected and created with care, making them truly unique. To keep these treasures exclusive, they are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to review product details and sizing carefully before purchasing. Of course, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days and we'll happily resolve it.

How are shipping costs calculated for customers?

Because some of our statement pieces are heavier, shipping costs are adjusted to cover careful packaging and secure delivery.

What should a customer do if they receive a damaged item, or their order never arrives?
